01 · APPROACH
There is no single treatment that suits everyone. Natasza first asks why you have come, how you feel and whether there is relevant health information to consider. Only then does she suggest an approach.
The plan may include acupuncture, manual techniques, fascial work, auricular acupuncture or cupping, but only when this fits the service you booked and is suitable for you.
Everything is explained in plain language. You can ask questions, request a different position or say that you do not want part of the treatment at any time.
02 · TRAINING
Natasza studied acupuncture in Poland and later completed further training at an acupuncture hospital in London.
Sterile, single-use needles are used for every acupuncture treatment. A conversation and suitability check always take place before treatment begins.
03 · CLARITY
Nat Medica uses selected manual techniques influenced by osteopathic practice. Natasza does not present herself as an osteopath, and the service is not osteopathy. The name describes techniques used during treatment, not a professional title.
04 · COMFORT
The room is prepared before every appointment, including fresh towels. Removing clothing is not always necessary. If access to an area is needed, Natasza will explain this first and can leave the room while you change.
Fascial work usually requires you to undress to your underwear so different areas of the body can be observed and compared. Only the access you understand and agree to is used.
