BOOKING
Booking terms
These terms explain how to book, change or cancel an appointment and what to expect after booking.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
1. Service provider
Services are provided by Natasza Wdowiak, trading as Nat Medica at Zawiszy Czarnego 6, 48-300 Nysa, Poland.
For practical questions, contact Nat Medica:
- telephone: +48 570 022 280;
- email: kontakt@natmedica.pl.
2. How to book
Choose a service and then an available time in the calendar. The current appointment length and price appear with every service. No online payment is required.
Your booking is accepted when the Cal.eu system displays or sends confirmation. The confirmation includes the appointment details and a way to change or cancel the booking.
The person booking should provide accurate contact details and check the chosen service and time before confirming.
3. Changing or cancelling an appointment
You can change or cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Use the link in your Cal.eu confirmation or contact Nat Medica by telephone or email.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not attend without making contact, Nat Medica reserves the right to charge an amount reflecting its reasonable loss, up to the full price of the booked service. This charge is not automatic. Sudden illness, emergencies and other important circumstances may be considered individually.
This policy protects time reserved for one person and allows an available appointment to be offered to somebody else.
4. Statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract
Where an online booking creates a distance contract, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason under applicable consumer law.
If the appointment takes place within those 14 days, Nat Medica will ask you to make an express request for the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends. Once the service has been fully provided, the right to withdraw may end where you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged this consequence beforehand.
To withdraw, send a clear email or letter before the deadline. This does not restrict the simpler option of changing or cancelling under the 24-hour policy.
5. Late arrival
If you know you will be late, make contact as soon as possible. The appointment may need to be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The price may remain unchanged because the full time was reserved for you.
If the delay makes a safe or worthwhile appointment impossible, a new appointment may be needed. Any charge will be considered under the late-cancellation policy and the individual circumstances.
6. Cancellation by Nat Medica
In the unusual event that Nat Medica must cancel, you will be told as soon as reasonably possible and offered another available time. There is no charge for an appointment cancelled by Nat Medica. Any payment already collected will be refunded.
7. Information before treatment and safety
Basic practical information may be collected before the appointment. The conversation continues in the clinic, where Natasza answers questions and explains the plan before treatment begins.
Do not send medical records or detailed health information through an ordinary calendar message field.
If you take anticoagulant medicines, do not book a service that includes acupuncture. Pregnancy, appointments for children and complex medical histories require individual assessment.
Natasza may change the plan, postpone or stop an appointment if health information, skin condition, current symptoms or the body's response raises concern. She may recommend medical assessment before treatment continues. Any such decision is made with safety in mind.
8. People under 18
Appointments for anyone under 18 must be agreed with Nat Medica beforehand. A parent or legal guardian should make the booking. Nat Medica may require the guardian to attend and provide appropriate consent before treatment begins.
9. Prices and payment
The current price and appointment length are shown with the service before booking. No online payment is required. Payment is made after the appointment using a method available at the practice.
An appropriate proof of payment will be provided on request. A later price change will not affect an appointment already confirmed unless a different service or scope is agreed beforehand.
10. Complaints and contact
If you have a question or concern about a booking, please make contact as soon as possible. Briefly explain what happened and provide enough information to identify the booking. Nat Medica will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the complaint.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under applicable law. If one term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
